The place was fairly clean, and the early check-in was appreciated, the rooms were huge, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you could need.

We absolutely loved the location of the apartment in Central Como, as it was just a short walk to the Duomo, cafes, restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and we appreciated the gas burners. The fact that they provided kids and adult DVDs in English was a bonus for our family with two small kids.

The bedrooms are pretty nice and have hypo-allergenic pillows, with a comfy and peaceful setting very close to the center, shops, and the train station.

The check-in process was easy, and the host was extremely friendly and helpful.

Although the heating wasn't very efficient, it wasn't a big issue since I stayed during the spring. Additionally, the wifi was a bit temperamental and went on standby quickly, but it didn't affect my overall experience.
